All communications to KCC might be read out at one of our monthly meetings. Inappropriate correspondence will be referred back to the author with a request that if the author wishes the correspondence to be considered at a meeting of the Community Council the content (of the correspondence) must be appropriate.
All correspondence received will be acknowledged and the sender advised of our policy and given the chance to withdraw, or alter their communication. We will not copy communications without the permission of the sender except to statuary bodies such as the council and police.”
